This option accommodates up to four people with private access to the downstairs area of the home.
You will have access to the kitchen, a living room, a utility room, and two bedrooms featuring a double bed in both located near a full bathroom. Additionally, you can enjoy the gardens and benefit from free onsite parking.

A €300 deposit, payable via Revolut or bank transfer, is required. This deposit will be refunded after the house has been inspected following check-out.
*Pay-per-room option: Deposit of €50 is required

Payment Policy
1. Payment can be made in full at the time of reservation
2. Half of the payment is due at time of reservation and the other half due thirty days prior to check-in date.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel for free up to 30 days before your check-in date. If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before your stay, you'll receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available if you cancel within 14 days of your check-in.
